As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and as an Educator, I have spent my career working with children, teens, families, individuals and couples in education and providing mental health wellness counseling. Knowledge is power which is why I believe that learning about yourself is the key to opening up a future that is both prosperous and promising.
Our physical well being is connected to our emotional well being and our spiritual well being, which is not religion per say. My focus when working with people is based on the 8 areas of wellness which all contribute to a life that is in balance.
